UK | COVID-19 | Temporary storage of incinerator bottom ash aggregate

If you follow the conditions in this COVID-19 regulatory position statement (RPS), you can temporarily store incinerator bottom ash aggregate (IBAA) at your permitted site when your permit does not authorise this waste type. You must email the Environment Agency and get their agreement before you use this COVID-19 RPS. Contact your Environment Agency area regulatory officer, site inspector or local compliance team to do this.
