Ireland | COVID-19 | Ireland Starts Phase One of the Roadmap for Reopening: New Guidance for Businesses

Relating to the Return to Work Protocol To assist in reopeneing businesses, the HSA has created new templates and checklists to help conform to the Return To Work Protocol put in place last week in Ireland. Currently the templates available are:

• Covid-19 Response Plan : This document has templates for the COVID 19 Policy Statement, the Responsible Persons for Performing Tasks Register, Employer Information and explanations for all the checklists.
• Return to Work Form

The Checklists are devided into three types, the Employer Checklists (Planning and Preparing, Control Measures to Prevent Infection, Covid-19 Induction, Dealing with a Suspected Case of Covid-19, Cleaning and Disinfection), the Employee Checklist (Workers) and the Worker Representative Checklist (Worker Representatives). All of these are provided in both pdf and word format for your ease of use.
