Mineral
On the July 3, 2018 Federal Register, OSHA confirmed the effective date of its direct final rule (DFR) adopting a number of clarifying amendments to the beryllium standard for general industry that it issued on May 7, 2018. The DFR will become effective on July 6, 2018.
