On 27 May 2020, the Second Ordinance amending the SARS-CoV-2 Containment Ordinance of 27 May 2020 was published in the Law and Ordinance Gazette Part II No. 43 for Brandenburg. Sporting activities in all public and private sports facilities are permitted again, provided certain conditions are met. Other facilities may also reopen.

On 26 May 2020, the Ordinance to ensure the supply of the population with products of medical need in the epidemic caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 of 25 May 2020 was published in the official part of the Federal Gazette. The provisions of the ordinance ensure that urgently needed medicines and protective equipment can be used in the supply as quickly as possible.

In a notification of 29 May 2020, the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) informs about a new podcast series of the Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit (INQA) on the world of work in times of corona. This is a ten-week podcast series, which is broadcast every Friday at 12 noon on www.inqa.de as well as via Spotify and Deezer. Among other things, the podcast provides information about concrete measures in operational practice, necessary controls and high-risk industries.

On 29 May and 2 June 2020, two hygiene concepts for tourism service providers and the sports sector were published in Bavarian Ministerial Gazettes Nos. 305 and 306. The framework concepts contain, among other things, organizational measures, general safety and hygiene rules as well as specifications for the implementation of protective measures for employees and guests in operational procedures.

On 25 May 2020, the Ordinance of the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Economics for the containment of transmission of the corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) in restaurants (Corona Ordinance Restaurants) of 16 May 2020 was published in the Baden-Württemberg Law Gazette No. 15. The ordinance contains special rules for the operation of restaurants to protect employees and guests.
