Decree-law n.º 14-E / 2020, of 13 April, which establishes an exceptional and transitional regime regarding the manufacture, import, placement and availability of medical devices (DM) and personal protective equipment (PPE) , for the purpose of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus (SARS -CoV -2) on the national market.
