Workers Health & Safety : New CDM Guidance 2015 ! [UK]

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 which came into force on the 6th April 2015 now have a guidance document.

The document is there to help those who under the Regulations have duties to carry out.

Managing Health & Safety in construction

The guide states that it includes a complete guide to the construction process from conception to completion and it also provides a comprehensive guide of what each person with a duty must do to comply with the 2015 Regulations in maintaining health and safety.

Transitional provisions are present for projects which started before the new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 came into force.
