On 10th of January 2019, the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs and Environment Agency have updated the version of the ‘Guidance on Risk assessments for your environmental permit’. This Guidance explains when a facility needs to do an environmental risk assessment, when the Environment Agency will do it for that facility, and how to do a risk assessment. This Guidance explains:
