NI (SI) 2020/118 – The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Amendment No. 8) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 Regulation 3 is amended to allow certain food and drink businesses and premises to open, subject to restrictions on service; and to allow premises used as indoor sports facilities to open for the purpose of training undertaken by elite athletes. Regulation 4 is further ended to allow holiday accommodation to open and also places of worship to open for the purpose of holding religious services (other than baptism ceremonies and certain marriage ceremonies) and bible readings. These regulations take effect from 26 June 2020. NI (SI) 2020/121 – The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Amendment No. 9) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 These Regulations further amend the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 in order to allow for gatherings of up to 30 people in public places and outdoors. It comes into effect on 29 June 2020.  S (SI) 2020/190 – The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 5) Regulations 2020 Goods may be offered for sale or hire in a shop in some businesses; less than 3 households could have gathering; it is a reasonable excuse for a person to leave the place where they are living to move home, to undertake certain activities in connection with the purchase, sale, letting or rental of a residential property or to attend another residential property owned by that person for certain purposes relating to its security and condition. This comes into force on 26 June 2020.
