Milan’s recruitment is part of the global Red-on-line strategy to expand its presence, network and clients over the 5 continents and the 83 countries, where the company is already established. Milan Dayalal will be responsible for the sales team expansion and success in the US market. His goal, joining Red-On-Line team, is to lead the brand to be the exclusive SaaS, Regulatory Content, Consulting Services provider with a global footprint for EHS Professionals. He served in dual roles as a COO and Sales & Marketing Executive leading a large team. He implemented CRM and marketing platforms to allow better efficiency and profits. He constructed a solid marketing team and program that was recognized as the second best brand by an independent analyst firm. He implemented the consultative sales philosophy “Selling is Dead” and increased customer retention and new customer acquisition.
