On 29 May 2020, the Fifth Bavarian Infection Protection Ordinance of 29 May 2020 was published in the Bavarian Ministerial Gazette No. 304. Restaurants, accommodation establishments, sports facilities and fitness studios may reopen under certain conditions.

On 2 June 2020, the Sixth Ordinance for Protection against New Infections with the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 of 2 June 2020 was published in the Law Gazette of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen No. 45. Among other things, it contains relaxations for other areas and facilities if the requirements of the ordinance, such as the preparation of an operational protection and hygiene concept, are met.

On 27 May 2020, the Twelfth Ordinance on the Adaptation of the Ordinances for the Control of the Corona Virus of 25 May 2020 was published in the Law and Ordinance Gazette for the State of Hesse No. 28. One of the implications of the adjustments is that restaurants and overnight accommodation establishments may reopen under certain conditions.

On 19 May 2020, the Second Ordinance of the State Government MV on the transition after the corona protection measures (Second Corona Transitional Ordinance MV) of 19 May 2020 was published in the Law and Ordinance Gazette for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania No. 31. In addition to various corona law provisions and relaxations of existing bans, the ordinance also contains regulations for certain companies, institutions and service providers with public access. For example, it defines which conditions apply to the establishments that are allowed to (re-)open.
