- COVID-19: Consolidated Direction on Health and Safety in the Workplace
On June 5, 2020, the Minister of Employment and Labor published the Consolidated COVID -19 Direction on Health and Safety in the Workplace issued by the Minister in terms of Regulation 4(10) of the National Disaster Regulations. This Direction is the consolidated version of the one published on April 29, 2020 and provides additional instructions before re-opening the workplace. The Direction seeks to prevent the escalation of COVID-19 infections in the workplace and replaces the previous one.

- COVID-19: Directions in Relation to Recycling of Waste to prevent and combat the spread of COVID-19
On May 14, 2020, the Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries published Directions regarding measures to address, prevent and combat the spread of Covid-19 in relation to recycling of waste. The purpose of these Directives is to provide guidance in respect of the protection of the health, well-being and the environment when carrying out activities in the recycling sector. The Directives also provide guidance for all informal recyclers and waste pickers on how to handle the separation and disposal of solid waste during the Alert Level 4.

Le 13 Mars 2020, le Président de la République a adopté un certain nombre de mesures fiscales visant à soutenir les entreprises camerounaises et les ménages affectés par le COVID-19 pour renforcer l’économie. Parmi ces mesures on a la suspension des vérifications de comptabilité pour les entreprises jusqu’au 30 Juin et le report au 30 septembre 2020 du délai de paiement de la taxe foncière pour l’exercice 2020.
On March 13, 2020, the President of the Republic adopted a number of fiscal measures aimed at supporting Cameroonian businesses and households affected by COVID-19 and thus strengthening the economy. Among these measures are the suspension of accounting audits for businesses until June 30 and the postponement to September 30, 2020 of the deadline for payment of property tax for the year 2020.
