COVID-19 – further special solutions related to the coronavirus epidemic

COVID-19 – kolejne szczególne rozwiązania związane z epidemią koronawirusa On 31st March 2020 it has been published in the Official Journal, 2 acts (O.J. of 2020, positions: 567 and 568) amending the Act of March 2, 2020. on specific solutions related to the prevention, counteraction and eradication of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them (O.J.2020.374). This Act defines, among others the principles and procedure for preventing and combating SARS-CoV-2 infection and the spread of an infectious disease caused by this virus in humans, including the principles and procedure for undertaking anti-epidemic and preventive actions. On the other hand, these two amendments to this Act introduce additional information, extended measures, and solutions regarding among other employers, including those related to waste or periodic examinations of employees, during an epidemic. COVID-19 – The government introduces other restrictions related to coronavirus

COVID-19 – Rząd wprowadza kolejne obostrzenia związane z koronawirusem On 24th, 25th and 31st March 2020, it has been published in the Official Journal, 3 regulations of the Minister of Health, amending the regulation announcement the state of epidemic within the Republic of Poland (respectively: O.J. of 2020, pos.: 522, 533 and 565). Additional restrictions related to the prevention of coronavirus were added to those already included in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of March 20, 2020 on announcement the state of epidemic within the Republic of Poland (O.J.2020.491). It is primarily about limiting the movement of people to the necessary minimum. Detailed practical recommendations and safety rules, including those addressed to entrepreneurs and employees, were also issued by the Government and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate.
