The Department of Energy and Climate Change has published A Guide To Implementing Energy Savings Opportunities on its web page on 13th January 2016.
The guidance is aimed at supporting businesses in implementing best practices of ESOS (Energy Saving Opportunities Scheme) from the opportunities that were identified by their ESOS assessment.
In particular it shows a complete overview of the ways to maximise efficiency from the ESOS review.
Best practices are detailed within the guidance and demonstrated on their implementation throughout the guidance.
Guidance is in particular delivered for smaller ESOS participants that may not have dedicated personnel to implement the methods detailed in the guidance.
The guidance may be useful to all participants in ESOS regardless of their size and also to organisations how have discovered energy savings independently of the ESOS system.
