A guide to managing work-related road safety for employers

In an effort to reduce road casualties the HSE, PSNI and Environment Minister have launched a guide “Driving at Work Northern Ireland: An Employer’s Guide”.

Goal : help understand their duties under health and safety law

The purpose of this guide is to help employers and employees understand their duties under health and safety law for driving whilst at work.

The guide itself provides practical guidance for managers and employees who drive whilst at work. It also details the consequences for companies who do not comply with their duties as employers of employees who drive at work.
