Ministarstvo je izdalo Uputstvo za postupanje sa infektivnim i medicinskim otpadom u toku epidemije virusa COVID-19 (sa informacijom o kapacitetima za tretman)

On April 15th, the Ministry of Environmental Protection has issued a Guideline for the management of infectious and medical waste during the COVID-19 virus epidemic (with information on treatment capacity), in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Waste Management and with the Regulation on Medical Waste Management and the Regulation on Pharmaceutical Waste Management.

On 21 April 2020, Ministry Order 890/2020 approving the Procedure of placing on the market of gasoline and diesel fuels during the emergency state period, established by Decree no. 195/2020 in the context of the economic crisis generated by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic was published on the Official Journal no. 324. This Regulation came into force on 21 April 2020.

În data de 21 aprilie 2020, a fost publicat, în Monitorul Oficial nr. 324, Ordinul 890/2020 pentru aprobarea Procedurii de comercializare a benzinei şi motorinei pe perioada stării de urgenţă pe teritoriul României, instituite prin Decretul nr. 195/2020, în contextul crizei economice generate de pandemia SARS-CoV-2. Actul normativ a intrat în vigoare în data de 21.04.2020

Purpose of the text: It is a new legal act which amends existent provisions of GEO 80/2018 for establishing the conditions for placing on the market of gasoline and diesel fuels, for introducing a mechanism for monitoring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions and for establishing the methods for calculating and reporting the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and for the amendment and completion of Law no. 220/2008 for establishing the system for promoting the production of energy from renewable energy sources, and also includes new provisions.
