The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2016 (S.I.2016/888)

Amendments have been made to The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 (S.I.2016/888), the amendments coming into force October 1st 2016. energy-performance-of-buildings-england-and-wales The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 have been amended. These amendments relate to a number of regulations, including disclosures from the keeper of the register of energy performance certificates of bulk access data that are entered onto the register in respect of any building. This may include persons authorised as a green deal provider or green deal assessor, relating the energy efficiency of buildings. This could also include disclosures made to the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority or to a person carrying out functions for the authority, relating to promoting energy efficiency improvements to buildings.
