Amending the Biocidal Products Regulations [IE]

A Notice was published in the Iris Oifigiuil of 25 July 2014 that announced the making of the European Union (Biocidal Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 344 of2014) by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine.

The amendments substitute a new definition of Biocidal Products Regulations as well as substituting the section that deals with renewal of authorisations to place biocidal products on the market in the 2013 Regulations of the same name.

The amendments came into operation on 25 July 2014.
