Recently the “Fifth Corona Control Regulation of Rhineland-Palatinate (5th CoBeLVO)” of 30 April 2020 was published. Besides various requirements for the containment of the coronavirus, it also contains concrete specifications on hygiene and protective measures which must be complied with by certain employers in their companies and facilities with public access.

On 01 May 2020, the “Third Bavarian Infection Regulation (3. BayIfSMV)” of 01 May 2020 was published in the Bavarian Ministerial Gazette No. 239. Among other things, this regulates which companies and facilities must remain closed or which may (re)open due to the corona pandemic. At the same time, certain standards are laid down for opening, such as the wearing of mouth and nose protection.

On April 24, 29 and 30, 2020, the “Second, Third and Fourth Regulation of the State Government of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to Amend the Corona Protection Regulation MV” of 23, 29 and 30 April 2020 was published in the Law Gazette No. 20, 21 and 23 for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. In addition to various corona legal requirements and relaxations of existing bans, it also contains regulations for certain companies, facilities and service providers with public access. These regulations specify, for example, which establishments must still remain closed and which conditions apply to those establishments which may (re)open.

On 29 April and 02 May 2020, the “Sixth and Seventh Regulations of the State Government to Amend the Corona Regulation” of 23 April and 02 May 2020 were published in the Law Gazette No. 11 and 12 for Baden-Württemberg. In addition to various adjustments and also relaxations, it is once again clarified which companies with public access are allowed to open and which hygiene and other standards they must comply with.

On 29 April 2020, the “Third Regulation amending the Regulation on Protection against New Infections with the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2” of 28 April 2020 was published in the Law Gazette No. 31 for the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen. With the amending Regulation, the opening of hairdressing businesses is permitted again. However, they must comply with strict hygiene regulations.
