The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published a Request for Information (RFI) in the Federal Register on October 10, 2014 seeking feedback on OSHA’s current approach to risk and feasibility assessment.
Call for additional information regarding efficient chemical management for the workplace
The RFI also called for additional information regarding efficient, yet safe, chemical management for the workplace. OSHA is extending the comment period on this RFI on Chemical Management and Permissible Exposure Limits (PELs) from April 8, 2015 to October 9, 2015.
