On 19th April 2020, it has been published in the Official Journal, a new Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19th April 2020 on the establishment of specific restrictions, orders and bans in connection with the occurrence of the state of the epidemic (O.J.2020.697). It replaced the previous regulation on this matter (O.J.2020.658). The provisions of the repealed regulation have been moved to the new regulation and some regulations loosening restrictions have also been introduced (such as lifting the ban on moving around the country).
On 29th April, in a press release, the Government also announced that shopping centers, large area stores, and hotels would be open under certain conditions. (until 30th April, the relevant regulation on this matter, has not yet been published).
