Health & Safety : workers safety
The Ministry of Labour issued guidance on protecting workers from the hazards associated with manually moving mobile industrial waste containers, also known as “dumpsters.” Workers are at risk of musculoskeletal disorders and struck by incidents when moving industrial waste containers. Workers are at risk of musculoskeletal disorders if they overexert themselves when manually pushing or pulling containers. Workers are at risk of being struck by a waste container if the worker moving the container loses control of the container.
