List of substances candidate for substitution
In addition to the approval periods, a list of substances candidates for substitution has been established by Regulation (EU) No 2015/408 of 11 March 2015, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of 21 October 2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market. To note, the publication of the above mentioned list of candidates for substitution shall have no impact on applications for the authorisation of plant protection products submitted before 1 August 2015.Regulatory reminder
As a reminder, Regulations (EU) No 2015/307 and No 2015/308 of 26 February 2015 amend, with effect from 19 March 2015, the conditions of approval of the active substances triclopyr and Z,Z,Z,Z-7,13,16,19-docosatetraen-1-yl isobutyrate. Furthermore, Regulation (EU) 2015/306 of 26 February 2015 extends the approval of the active substance Isaria fumosorosea strain until 31 December 2030. Red-on-line EHS legal expertSources:
