About the Speaker Dave Ross | Partner | Troutman Pepper Dave is a partner in the environmental and natural resources practice group of Troutman Pepper, a 1,200-attorney law firm with 23 offices throughout the United States. He is based in their Washington, DC office and lives in Madison, Wisconsin. Before joining Troutman Pepper, Dave served as the senate-confirmed Assistant Administrator for the Office of Water at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Previously, Dave served as the Director of the Environmental Protection Unit for the Wisconsin Department of Justice and as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wyoming following more than a decade of experience serving business clients as an environmental and regulatory attorney based in Washington, DC. Dave currently helps businesses manage environmental, health and safety risk relying on his unique experience as a prosecutor and defense attorney, a government attorney and private practitioner, and an environmental consultant and policy advisor.
