Red-on-Line is a Paris, France based company providing global legal monitoring & compliance solutions in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).  Red-on-Line solutions include Content, Consulting and Software, meeting EHS Risk Management requirements worldwide.  We provide a comprehensive, efficient framework for client audit programs at all organizational levels, supporting OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 systems and service multinational clients in over 70 countries, with more than 18000 users worldwide.  To support stronger demand for our solutions and as part of our continued expansion in North America, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our New York City, NY office.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work with outside sales and other members of product and marketing teams to identify new customers and meet and exceed monthly metric objectives and sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Outside Sales team via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
  • Generate new sales opportunities by providing product, technical information in a timely manner while prospecting into new accounts
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic plan
  • Successfully reach top level EHS, Audit, Compliance, and Risk executives
  • Maintain high calling activity to maximize meaningful exchanges
  • Consistently record every outreach made in Red-on-Line’s CRM system, producing regular activity reports as requested
  • Work closely with Outside Sales and Marketing on opportunities and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience / Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience in inside sales for a B2B software / content company
  • Experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Regulatory Compliance, or Sustainability software and/or content / services sales is strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Excellent  listening, and communication (verbal and written) skills and consultative sales approach
  • Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of new company products/solutions
  • Extraordinary cold calling experience
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Great organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Two year degree required
