[IE] Amending the offences associated with Installation and Activites Using Organic Solvents

A Notice published in the Iris Oifigiuil of 12 September 2014 announced the making of the European Union (Installations And Activities Using Organic Solvents) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 [S.I. No. 399 of 2014].

According to the Notice the principal amendment was the removal of the provisions concerning indictable offences. The provisions relating to the summary offences remains unchanged.
