EPA Releases Annual Regulatory Plan and Announces Website Detailing Deregulatory Activity News
On December 14, 2017, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a news release to announce the release of its Semiannual Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions and Regulatory Plan, which describes the EPA’s 13 regulatory priorities for the coming year. In the same announcement, the EPA announced the launch of a new website to provide the public with information on EPA rules that are being modified or repealed.
