(Guide) CLP Regulations: classification, labeling and packaging (UN)

The UN has implemented a harmonised global system (HGS) for the classification and labelling of chemical products.

CLP regulations came into force on 20 January 2009. It introduced a new classification and labelling system for chemical products. The dossier informs HSE managers of the new CLP regulation and how to implement them in their business.   • The third part outlines the new changes and using examples, explains the steps a business must follow to ensure they are abiding by the new regulations.
