EPA issues correction on its 2016 critical use exemption from the phaseout of methyl bromide

In the March 17, 2016 issue of the Federal Register, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) corrected its final rule, originally published on October 15, 2015, regarding the critical use exemption from the phaseout of methyl bromide. EPA’s corrections restore provisions that were mistakenly removed by the final rule published in 2015. The 2015 rule inadvertently removed section 82.13(y)(1)-(4) and 82.13(z)(1)-(2).

This rule is effective March 17, 2016.
