California: OEHHA Changes Hearing for Proposed Revisions to Prop 65 [US]

The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has changed the date of a public hearing regarding the Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for lead under Proposition 65, which is currently 5 micrograms a day.

On August 28th, OEHHA announced that the public hearing will now take place on October 14th 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Coastal Hearing Room at CalEPA’s Headquarters on 1001 I Street in Sacramento.

OEHHA is also accepting public comments until October 28th 2015, which has been extended from the original October 9th deadline.
