NI (SI) 2020\/212- The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment No. 13) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020<\/strong><\/u><\/h6> These regulations amend the principal international travel regulation related to COVID-19. Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Poland and Turkey are omitted from the list of countries and territories exempt from the requirement in regulation 4 of those Regulations to self-isolate for 14 days after arrival in Northern Ireland. This amendment was made on 2 October 2020 and has come into effect.
W (SI) 2020\/1080 – The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 13) Regulations 2020<\/strong><\/u><\/h6> These Regulations amend the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Wales) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020\/574 (W. 132)<\/a>) (the \u201cInternational Travel Regulations\u201d). It amends the International Travel Regulations to remove Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Poland and Turkey from the list of exempt countries and territories. This amendment was made on 2 October 2020 and has come into effect.
E (SI) 2020\/1076 – The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) (Amendment) (No. 17) Regulations 2020<\/strong><\/u><\/h6> These Regulations amend the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020\/568<\/a>) (\u201cthe principal Regulations\u201d) to remove Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Poland, and Turkey from the list of exempt countries and territories, in Schedule A1 to the principal Regulations, from which passengers arriving in England are not required to self-isolate. Passengers are not required to self-isolate on arrival in England if, during the 14 days preceding their arrival, they have only been in or transited through exempt countries or territories, or exempt parts of countries or territories. Passengers who have been in or transited through a non-exempt country or territory, or a non-exempt part of a country or territory, must self\u2011isolate until 14 days have elapsed since the day after they last left a non-exempt country or territory, or a non-exempt part of a country or territory. The changes affect passengers who arrive in England after 4.00 a.m. on 3rd October 2020.
NI (SI) 2020\/213 – The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 8) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020<\/strong><\/u><\/h6> These Regulations amend the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020. They introduce restrictions in a designated district, here defined as the Derry and Strabane district area, for a period referred to as the active period, on indoor gatherings, hospitality businesses, guesthouses and hotels, indoor facilities, libraries and outdoor gatherings, with various exemptions.
