In addition, the Irish government published regulations related to some of the relaxations of the regulations and temporary restrictions related to international passengers.\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content\">\n\n<strong>PHASE 3 on 29 June<\/strong>\n\nFrom phase 3, you could travel anywhere in Ireland. Face coverings are recommended for any circumstances where social distancing is not possible. In addition, the following businesses will be allowed to reopen:\n<ul>\n \t<li>wellbeing services &#8211; for example: chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, reflexology and homoeopathy<\/li>\n \t<li>hairdressers, barbers, nail and brow salons, beauty salons, spas, make-up application services, tanning, tattooing and piercing services<\/li>\n \t<li>driving schools<\/li>\n \t<li>all remaining retail (for example, bookmakers), services and commercial activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nFor&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.ie\/en\/publication\/d06271-easing-the-covid-19-restrictions-on-29-june-phase-3\/\">more information about phase 3.<\/a>\n\n<strong>PHASE 4 on 20 July<\/strong>\n\nThe main changes are:\n<ul>\n \t<li>pubs, bars, hotel bars and casinos may reopen<\/li>\n \t<li>gatherings of up to 100 people indoors and 500 outdoors will be permissible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nFor&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.ie\/en\/publication\/acc4de-easing-the-covid-19-restrictions-on-20-july-phase-4\/\">more information about phase 4<\/a>\n\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.irishstatutebook.ie\/eli\/2020\/si\/212\/made\/en\/print?q=212\/2020\">S.I. No. 212 of 2020. HEALTH ACT 1947 (SECTION 31A \u2013 TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) (COVID-19) (No. 2) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS 2020.<\/a><\/strong>\n\nThis amendment allows the use of some premises for meetings of registered political parties (including parliamentary parties of those parties).\n\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.irishstatutebook.ie\/eli\/2020\/si\/217\/made\/en\/print?q=217\/2020\">S.I. No. 217 of 2020.
