Red-on-line\u2019s EHS legal experts track and evaluate the latest COVID-19 regulations and guidance from around the world daily.\n<div class=\"intro\">\n\n&nbsp;\n\nAs Ireland enters the first phase of the Roadmap for Reopening, the Health and Safety Authority, the National Standards Authority of Ireland and other parts of the Irish Government offer advice and direction. These aim to complete the information provided by the Return to Work Protocol.\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content\">\n\n<u>Relating to the Return to Work Protocol<\/u>\n\nTo assist in reopeneing businesses, the HSA has created new templates and checklists to help conform to the Return To Work Protocol put in place last week in Ireland.\n\nCurrently the templates available are:\n<ul>\n \t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsa.ie\/eng\/topics\/covid-19\/return_to_work_safely_templates_and_checklists\/covid19-response-plan-template1.pdf\">Covid-19 Response Plan<\/a>\u00a0: This document has templates for the COVID 19 Policy Statement, the Responsible Persons for Performing Tasks Register, Employer Information and explanations for\u00a0all the checklists.<\/li>\n \t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsa.ie\/eng\/topics\/covid-19\/return_to_work_safely_templates_and_checklists\/return_to_work_form.pdf\">Return to Work Form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe Checklists are devided into three types, the Employer Checklists (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsa.ie\/eng\/topics\/covid-19\/return_to_work_safely_templates_and_checklists\/employers_checklist_no11.pdf\">Planning and Preparing<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsa.ie\/eng\/topics\/covid-19\/return_to_work_safely_templates_and_checklists\/employers_checklist_no2_control_measure1.pdf\">Control Measures to Prevent Infection<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsa.ie\/eng\/topics\/covid-19\/return_to_work_safely_templates_and_checklists\/employers_checklist_no3_induction1.pdf\">Covid-19 Induction<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsa.ie\/eng\/topics\/covid-19\/return_to_work_safely_templates_and_checklists\/employers-checklist-no-41.pdf\">Dealing with a Suspected Case of Covid-19<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsa.ie\/eng\/topics\/covid-19\/return_to_work_safely_templates_and_checklists\/employers_checklist_no5_cleaning-and-disinfection1.pdf\">Cleaning and Disinfection<\/a>), the Employee Checklist (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsa.ie\/eng\/topics\/covid-19\/return_to_work_safely_templates_and_checklists\/employee_checklist_no-61.pdf\">Workers<\/a>) and the Worker Representative Checklist (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsa.ie\/eng\/topics\/covid-19\/return_to_work_safely_templates_and_checklists\/worker_representative_checklist_no_71.pdf\">Worker Representatives<\/a>).\n\nAll of these are provided in both pdf and word format for your ease of use.
