These aim to complete the information provided by the Return to Work Protocol.  <\/div> <div>  <u>Relating to the Return to Work Protocol<\/u>  To assist in reopeneing businesses, the HSA has created new templates and checklists to help conform to the Return To Work Protocol put in place last week in Ireland.  Currently the templates available are: <ul>   <li><a>Covid-19 Response Plan<\/a> : This document has templates for the COVID 19 Policy Statement, the Responsible Persons for Performing Tasks Register, Employer Information and explanations for all the checklists.<\/li>   <li><a>Return to Work Form<\/a><\/li> <\/ul> The Checklists are devided into three types, the Employer Checklists (<a>Planning and Preparing<\/a>, <a>Control Measures to Prevent Infection<\/a>, <a>Covid-19 Induction<\/a>, <a>Dealing with a Suspected Case of Covid-19<\/a>, <a>Cleaning and Disinfection<\/a>), the Employee Checklist (<a>Workers<\/a>) and the Worker Representative Checklist (<a>Worker Representatives<\/a>).  All of these are provided in both pdf and word format for your ease of use. You can find the complete list <a>here<\/a>  <u>Covid-19 Workplace Protection and Improvement Guide<\/u>  The NSAI has published information to help with Workplace Protection during the Covid-19 outbreak. It is available <a>here<\/a>.  <u>Legionella Risk during and after Covid-19<\/u>  The HSA has published advice regarding the control of legionella in the workplace after closure.
