This guidance is for businesses when they can store and treat\u00a0waste plastic produced from processing waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) without the correct waste codes on their permits. This RPS (regulatory position statement)\u00a0will be withdrawn on 31 July 2020.\n\nIf you comply with the conditions in this\u00a0RPS, you can continue to receive, store and process these wastes, using physical separation techniques, without the correct codes on your permit.\u00a0You may still need other permits or licences for other activities you carry out.\n\nThe Contents of this RPS contains:\n
