{"id":18842,"date":"2024-05-22T11:14:24","date_gmt":"2024-05-22T09:14:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.red-on-line.com\/?p=18842"},"modified":"2025-08-21T14:56:08","modified_gmt":"2025-08-21T12:56:08","slug":"update-of-building-regulations-1997","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.red-on-line.com\/gb\/blog\/update-of-building-regulations-1997\/","title":{"rendered":"Update of Building Regulations 1997"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><br>The Building Regulations (Part B Amendment) Regulations 2024 updates the interpretations list in article 5 to add the definitions for care facility building, industrial building \u2013 high hazard, industrial building \u2013 normal hazard, storage building \u2013 high hazard, storage building \u2013 normal hazard.
