implementation and improve the clarity of the Transboundary Movement of Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Recyclable Material Regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed amendments concern the following topics:Management of electrical and electronic waste;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ban on exporting hazardous residual materials to developing countries;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consideration of shipments without permits;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>rerouting a shipment to enable a prior operation to be carried out;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The definition of &#8220;hazardous
