Depending on the type of maintenance, it should be carried out at least once a year. Frequencies for each system are detailed in Appendix 1 of the decree (see source).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Maintenance requirements apply to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><br>\u2022 air handling units<br>\u2022 ventilation networks<br>\u2022 refrigeration systems and heat pumps<br>\u2022 active and passive ventilation systems, except in the case of intake units or ventilation networks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>According to the minimum maintenance requirements for these systems, a certified technician must:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><br>\u2022 check the tightness of all connections<br>\u2022 check the level of corrosion<br>\u2022 clean the mechanisms<br>\u2022 check filters for wear and clogging<br>\u2022 measure the flow and return temperatures of the circuits<br>\u2022 check that the heat produced is being dissipated<br>\u2022 check water circuits<br>\u2022 check regulation for heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems<br>\u2022 check boilers<br>\u2022 check domestic hot water (DHW)
