The Guidance explains Compliance Assessment Reports, assessments, inspections and permit reviews, and what the Environment Agency will do if a facility does not follow the\u00a0rules.\n\nA facility must follow all the conditions of its permit. The Environment Agency will check if a site is complying with its permit and if is continuing to be a competent operator.
