The Guidance explains how to change details of an environmental permit, transfer it to someone else or cancel\u00a0it.\n\nA facility can apply to :\n<ul>\n \t<li>make changes to its permit to update its details \u2013 it must do this if wants to do an activity that is not currently covered by that permit<\/li>\n \t<li>correct mistakes in the permit<\/li>\n \t<li>transfer its permit to somebody else<\/li>\n \t<li>cancel its permit if no longer needs it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe contents of the Guidance are the following:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Change (vary) your permit<\/li>\n \t<li>Transfer your permit to somebody else<\/li>\n \t<li>Transfer a standalone flood risk activity permit<\/li>\n \t<li>Cancel (surrender) your permit<\/li>\n \t<li>Cancel a flood risk activity permit<\/li>\n \t<li>Fees<\/li>\n \t<li>Get help with your application<\/li>\n \t<li>Submit your documents<\/li>\n \t<li>Contact the Environment Agency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nSource:\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/change-transfer-or-cancel-your-environmental-permit\">Guidance &#8211; Change, transfer or cancel your environmental permit<\/a>, published on 4th February 2019 on the Government webpage.\n\n&nbsp;","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 4th February 2019, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and Environment Agency have published the updated version&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3644,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[596,611],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.9 -
