EPA Issues SNURs for 37 Chemical Substances

Public comments will be accepted through October 23, 2017. If EPA receives adverse or critical comments, the relevant portions of the direct final rule will be withdrawn. Otherwise, the rule is effective on November 20, 2017. For purposes of judicial review, the rule will be promulgated at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on October 5, 2017.
