Colorado Water Quality Control Commission Adopts Minor Rule Changes to Colorado Discharge Permit System
On September 16, 2016 the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission adopted minor rule changes to the Colorado Discharge Permit System. The changes impact 5 CCR 1002-61. Specifically, the changes erase and replace multiple cross references found in 61.8 as well as the addition of a new provision in 61.8(3)(u), which addresses the integration of innovative solutions or management approaches into discharge permits. The rule change also updates the incorporation by reference date found in section 61.1(2) to June 14, 2016. These new rule changes become effective on 12/31/2016.Sources :
