Ontario updates its occupational exposure limits [CA]
In the January 3, 2015 issue of The Ontario Gazette, Ontario revised its occupational exposure limits by adopting the “2013 Threshold Limit Values for Chemical Substances and Physical Agents and Biological Exposure Indices” published by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).
This replaces the 2011 indices published by the ACGIH. This change will affect R.R.O., Regulation 833, Control of Exposure to Biological or Chemical Agents. These changes become effective July 1, 2015.
